Toal Engineering, Inc. is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm specializing in land development projects, from initial concept through completion of construction. For over 50 years, we have provided these services to a broad range of clients throughout Southern California, supporting projects ranging from individual single-family residences to multi-lot residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We specialize in engineering and surveying for the construction of luxury custom single-family development along the Southern California Coastline.
