The 3100 Breakers Drive Residence is a custom residential duplex with a common subterranean garage, rooftop deck, and elevated pool, located on Breakers Drive immediately adjacent to Corona Del Mar State Beach. The project includes a 50-foot high permanent shoring wall with tiebacks. Important drainage elements include control of runoff from the ascending slope to the upper portion of Breakers Drive (which serves as beach vehicular access), a stormwater lift station, and biofiltration areas.
