Caribbean Drive

Residence, Dana Point, CA

Project Details

Transformation of a natural hillside / road cut on the north side of Caribbean Drive impacted by multiple landslides into a custom residential estate. The development includes a 14,000 sq. ft. main residence, a 2,000 sq. ft. guest house, and a 1,400 sq. ft. recreation building. Significant infrastructure was required for site preparation, including construction of terraced retaining walls (MSE, soil nail, and poured-in-place concrete) for site stabilization, a 600-ft. driveway / fire access road, stormwater collection, filtration, and detention systems, and a domestic water supply booster pump system.
