Conversion of the San Clemente Tennis Club into Life Time Athletic San Clemente. The project included parking lot expansion, construction of a new 44,000 sq. ft. club house / training center, outdoor pool, and miscellaneous improvements. Extensive grading, drainage, and utility construction.
